Day 1:- Arrive Tokyo. Evening Free for Leisure.

Welcome to Tokyo, Japan.

Arrive Narita International Airport & clear immigration. Meet representative and proceed to the hotel.

Tokyo is Japan’s capital and the world’s most populous metropolis cosmopolitan city with a blend of High tech & culture. Tokyo dazzles with its traditional culture and passion for everything. You cannot visit the same Tokyo twice. The city is always changing in fun, unpredictable ways and creates new styles by mixing modernity and tradition more than any one sight.

Arrive Tokyo hotel and Check-in. (Check-in from 3 PM onwards)

Rest of the evening is free at leisure.

Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Post dinner, transfer back to hotel.

Day 2:- Full Day Tokyo City Tour. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Asakusa Temple. Sumida River Cruise, Odaiba Statue of Liberty & Tokyo Tower.

After breakfast at hotel, we will proceed for full day sightseeing of Tokyo.

Full Day Tokyo City Tour with Guide will cover all important landmarks of Tokyo.

Our first stop will be at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

Shinjuku Gyoen is a large garden, originally built for the Imperial Family. There are 65 types of cherry blossoms, about 1,100 trees in all, planted in the garden, and it might be fun to try and find out the differences between them. Visitors can enjoy three different types of gardens: the French Garden, with its beautiful tree-lined avenues, the English Landscape Garden, which has a spacious lawn, and the traditional Japanese-style Garden.

Visit to Asakusa Temple where you can marvel at the thousands-year-old temple of Senso-ji, backdropped by the science-fiction-style Tokyo Skytree.

Enjoy some free time at Nakamise Shopping Street which is one of Japan’s oldest shopping streets. There are About 90 stalls selling souvenirs, traditional goods and snacks line the street in Asakusa.

Post lunch, we will continue with our Tokyo City Tour.

Enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Sumida River.

Head to Odaiba, drive by Rainbow Bridge. Enjoy a visit to Odaiba Statue of liberty – a symbol of the Japan-France friendship. Though it’s positioning in front of the nearby Rainbow Bridge gives off the impression that this recreation is to scale, in reality, it’s about 1/7th of the size of the New York original.

We can’t finish our day in Tokyo without visit to Tokyo Tower.

Post dinner, back to hotel.

Day 3:- :- Depart Tokyo. Visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station.  Lake Ashi Cruise. Hakone Owakudani Ropeway. Bullet Train Experience to Hiroshima (4hrs Ride). Arrive Hiroshima..

Today after breakfast, we will proceed for Day trip to Mt Fuji & Hakone.

After visit of Mt. Fuji, proceed for Lunch.

After Lunch, visit to Lake Ashi.

Enjoy Owakudani Ropeway to experience one of the greatest expanses of natural scenery in Japan! Traveling from Sounzan to Owakudani, passengers can see the bottom of the valley below, and, when on route to Togendai, they can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi.

Later we will board Bullet Train to Hiroshima.

Arrive Hiroshima and proceed for dinner.

Post dinner, arrive at Hotel and Check-in.

Day 4:- Visit Hiroshima & Miyajima Island. Visit Itsukushima Shrine. Atomic Dome. Depart Hiroshima / Bullet Train Experience to Kyoto (1h40m Ride). Arrive Kyoto.

After breakfast at hotel, checkout and get ready for full day trip to Hiroshima and Miyajima Island.

Our trip to Japan cannot be complete without visit to the World War II atomic bombing site of Hiroshima. Today this place is more of tourist attraction to peak into the past.

Visit Miyajima Island.

Since ancient times, the island itself has been regarded as a God within the Japanese natural religion Shinto, and for centuries it was home to only wild animals and the occasional high priest. Miyajima is worth visiting for its beautiful landscapes, historic shrines, and wealth of history and culture.

The island’s most famous attraction is the 800-year-old Itsukushima Shrine.

It is most famous for its dramatic gate, or torii on the outskirts of the shrine, the sacred peaks of Mount Misen, extensive forests, and its ocean view. The View of Itsukushima Shrine Torii is stunning.

Later proceed for Lunch at Indian Restaurant.

We will then continue with our Hiroshima Sightseeing.

Visit Peace Memorial Park which is defined both as a place for prayer for the atomic bomb victims as well as for permanent world peace.

Visit The Atomic Bomb Dome which is having distinctive domed steel frame and was included in UNESCO’s World Heritage List in December 1996 as a symbol of the devastation caused by the first atomic bomb in the history of humankind. It represents the importance of the abolition of nuclear weapons for ever lasting world peace.

Some free time and later we will board Bullet train to Kyoto.

Arrive Kyoto and proceed for dinner.

Day 5:- Full Day Kyoto City Tour. Visit Kinkakuji Temple – The Golden Pavillion. Arashiyama Bamboo Grooves. Nijo Castle & Fushi Inari Shrine.

After breakfast at hotel, we will proceed for Full Day Tour of Kyoto.

Kyoto is the home of renowned World Heritage sites such as Kinkakuji Temple.

Kinkakuji Temple is famous for its spectacular architecture that uniquely harmonizes the culture and prevailing design of court nobles, samurai, and Buddhism.

Later proceed for Arashiyama Bamboo Grooves.

It is a natural bamboo forest and consists mostly of moso bamboo and has several pathways for tourists and visitors. There’s something almost magical about the light dappling on the forest floor. For maximum effect, approach the grove from the side gate of Tenryu-ji Temple.

We will then proceed for Lunch at Indian Restaurant.

Post lunch, we will continue with visit to Nijo Castle.

It is a castle consists of two concentric rings of fortifications, the Ninomaru Palace, the ruins of the Honmaru Palace, various support buildings and several gardens. It is also a place of spellbinding beauty.

Later visit Fushi Inara Shrine.

Post dinner back to hotel.

Day 6:- Visit Maruyama Park & Kiyomizudera Temple. Depart Kyoto / Arrive Nara (Approx 1hr Drive). Nara Sightseeing Depart Nara / Arrive Osaka (Approx 45m Drive).

After Breakfast at hotel, check-out and proceed for sightseeing of Kyoto.

We will transfer to Maruyama Park. This park has a variety of cherry trees with different beautiful colours, besides, there is a river passing through the park with nice waterfalls.

Proceed for Kiyomizu Temple which offers a commanding view of the city. The temple’s stage, supported by massive pillars, is one of the most famous images of Japan.

Lunch at Indian Restaurant.

Later transfer to Nara.

Arrive Nara after 1 hour drive and proceed for local sightseeing of Nara.

We will visit Todaiji Temple – one of Japan’s most famous and historically significant temples and a landmark of Nara. The temple was constructed in 752 CE as the head temple of all provincial Buddhist temples of Japan and grew so powerful that the capital was moved from Nara to Nagaoka in 784 in order to lower the temple’s influence on government affairs.

Then we will visit Kasuga Taisha shrine. It is famous for Japan’s largest number of lanterns, with 2,000 stone lanterns and 1,000 hanging lanterns within the shrine premises.

Later transfer to Osaka.

After around 45minutes drive, arrive Osaka and proceed for dinner.

Day 7:- Full Day Osaka City Tour with Guide. Visit Osaka Castle, Nishinomaru Garden. Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Umeda Sky Building & Free time at Shinsaibashi Market.

After breakfast at hotel, we will proceed for Full Day Tour of Osaka with Guide.

We will start with Osaka Castle – one of the most famous landmarks in Japan.

Osaka Castle is known for its rich history and stunning architecture. Built in the 16th century, the castle offers a glimpse into Japan’s feudal past.

Later, visit to Nishinomaru Garden – Picturesque city park known for its manicured lawns, sculpted topiary & cherry blossoms. A lush garden offers a view of the castle tower across the moat. In spring, some 600 cherry trees in full bloom attract many viewers.

Later visit Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan – the second aquarium in the world after Okinawa Ocean Expo Aquarium to start keeping whale sharks. Kaiyukan has successfully captivity or breeding 47 species of sharks, 37 species of rays, and 1 species of ghost shark, for a total of 85 species.

Post Lunch, have a panoramic view of the Osaka metropolis from the ultramodern Umeda Sky Building which is a landmark of Osaka’s Kita Ward. It sprouted up at the end of Japan’s economic bubble in 1993. Head to the uniquely designed observation deck for a picture-perfect view of the expansive cityscape.

In the evening, enjoy some free time at Shinsaibashi – one of the most famous shopping streets in Osaka and Japan.

Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street, which runs east to Mido-Suji Avenue, is the best-known shopping area in Osaka, and an enduring symbol of the city. With a history of 380 years, it was already an established shopping area in the Edo Period. Shops of all kinds and for all ages line the street, a roofed arcade 600 meters long. There are traditional kimono tailors, western clothing and footwear retailers, restaurants and fast food outlets, jewelers, and boutiques featuring the latest fashions. It?’s great to take a casual stroll through the Shinsaibashi area. Many people enjoy window-shopping and savoring the food along the way.

Day 8:- Depart Japan / Arrive South Korea. Visit Lotte Observation Deck. Free time at Cheonggyecheon Stream.

After breakfast at hotel, checkout from hotel and transfer to Osaka International Airport for your flight to Seoul – South Korea.

Welcome to Seoul – the capital of South Korea. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, clear immigration and proceed to arrival hall.

Seoul is a huge metropolis where modern skyscrapers, high-tech subways, Buddhist temples, palaces and street markets and pop culture meet. Notable attractions include futuristic Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a convention hall with curving architecture and a rooftop park; Gyeongbokgung Palace, which once had more than 7,000 rooms, Jogyesa Temple and pine trees.

Proceed for Lunch at Indian Restaurant.

Post lunch, arrive at hotel and Check-in.

Some free time to freshen-up before we start our evening tour of Seoul.

Proceed to Lotte Observation Deck in the evening.

The Seoul Sky Observatory is located at the top of the Lotte World Tower, the world’s fifth tallest building standing 123 stories and 555 meters high. As the tallest building in South Korea, it is the only place where you can take in a gorgeous 360-degree view of Seoul.

Later we will visit Cheonggyecheon stream.

Stroll along Cheonggyecheon Stream which is 11km stream flowing west to east through downtown Seoul as a modern public recreational place – eco-friendly restored stream. There are sidewalks on both sides of the water, plenty of trees and greenery, and locals and tourists either exercising or just enjoying a leisurely walk.

Post dinner, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 9:- Full Day Scenic Locations Tour. Gangchon Rail Bike Experience. Visit Nami Island & Petit France – a Cultural Village.

After breakfast at hotel, get ready to visit some of the most scenic Korean drama locations.

After around 2 hours drive we reach our first stop at Gangchon Rail Park.

Experience a railway bike course with a Gimyujeong-themed tunnel that allows you to feel lyrical literature and a beautiful view of the Bukhan river. Gangchon Rail Bike is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and see the Korean countryside. Feel the wind in your hair as you pedal along old railway tracks, taking in the scenic views of the lush countryside and the Bukhangang River.

Nami Islandis a must-visit for anyone traveling to Seoul. There’s a child-like quality to the island reminiscent of faeries, elves, and other playful spirits. We relegate them to fantasy as adults but here, they may very well exist. At least that’s the feeling you get when you’re here.  And if that weren’t interesting enough, Nami Island is officially known as Naminara Republic, a tiny micronation with its own passport and flag.

It is artificially decorated small island, famous for drama (Winter Sonata) and beautiful scenery. Spend valuable time at an iconic destination known for its picturesque landscapes and cultural charm.

You can rent a bicycle and explore at your own pace.

We then proceed to Petit France – a small village known for French style atmosphere and a drama shooting site (a lover from star). It is inspired by French Village of Alsace.

Later transfer back to Seoul.
Arrive Seoul and Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
Post Dinner, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 10:- Full Day City Tour of Seoul. Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace with National Folk Museum. Han River Cruise. Free Time at Myeongdong Shopping Street.

After breakfast get ready for Full Day City Tour of Seoul.

We will pass by Gwanghwamun Plaza – The 555m long and 34m wide Gwanghwamun Square is divided into six sections. At its center stands the statues of King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sunshin.

The Blue House is a public park that formerly served as the presidential residence and the diplomatic reception halls of South Korea from 1948 to 2022.

Enjoy Royal Guard Changing Ceremony – such a unique thing to experience. It provides a glimpse into the past when the Sumunjang or royal guard stood watch over the entrance to Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Visit Jogyesa Temple. This beautiful, colorful temple is the center of Zen Buddhism in Korea. Equally lovely is the courtyard, which is filled with vibrant lanterns and trees more than 500 years old.

Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace – The largest palace is a stunning 14th-century royal residence and the grounds are huge! It was located at the heart of the newly appointed capital of Seoul (then known as Hanyang) and represented the sovereignty of the Joseon Dynasty.

Visit to National Folk Museum. This museum is a must visit if you are a history nerd, or you’re just interested in learning about our past and ancestors. As the repository for over 5,000 years of Korean art, culture and history, the National Museum of Korea preserves, researches, exhibits and globally promotes the significant and essential cultural heritage of Korea.

Discover Seoul’s attractions on a calm and relaxing ferry cruise on the Han River with mesmerizing views and live music. Cruising on Han River is one of the best ways to enjoy beautiful views of Han River and its many tourist attractions.

In the evening, head over to vibrant shopping street – Myeongdong. Enjoy great food, interesting stalls and the streets themselves are full of shops with actually nice stuff.

Particularly, there are lots of beauty and fashion stores here. Most stores will have tax-free shopping so make sure you take your passport to show you’re a tourist so you can purchase items tax free.

Post Dinner, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 11:- Full Day DMZ Tour with Suspension Bridge & 3rd Tunnel.

After breakfast, proceed for a Full Day DMZ Tour (Demilitarized Zone).

DMZ tour is the most popular tour because it is the only chance for you to go very close to the border between two Koreas. Don’t you want to go inside the infiltration tunnel made by North Korea? Also, you can see North Korean territory through binoculars at the observatory. For those of you who have no idea about what DMZ is and why Korea is divided into North and South, our experienced Tour Guide will give lots of information about Korea during the tour program.

Highlights of the DMZ include Imjingak Park, the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, DMZ Exhibition Hall, Dora Observatory, Dorasan Station, and Unification Village. Return to Imjingak Park, then visit Gloucester Hill Memorial and the Gamaksan Suspension Bridge.

View the Freedom Bridge and old steam trains as you learn from about the Korean War. Next, drive to the 3rd Tunnel, which the North Korean Army built in the 1970s to infiltrate South Korea.

After visiting the tunnel, take time to view the exhibits in the DMZ Exhibition Hall, such as displays of old weapons and a film that details the history of Korea.

Lunch at your own cost.

Continue to the observatory at Mt Dora to see North Korea through telescopes that are trained on North Korea’s propaganda village just over the border.

Go to Dorasan Station, the final station in South Korea before entering North Korea. As a souvenir, receive a stamp that resembles the immigration desk in the airport (you will not enter North Korea).

Pass by the Unification Village on the way back to Imjingak Park, and hear from your guide how people wish for the reunification of the two Koreas.

Head to Gloucester Hill Memorial, an important battlefield during the Korean War before visiting Gloucester Heroes Suspension Bridge. The bridge is stunning and only about 30-40 minutes away from the main DMZ area. You walk a short hike to the bridge and pass through some remnants from a battle held in the area. You can then walk along to a waterfall.

Later transfer back to Seoul.

Day 12:- Depart Seoul / Arrive Home.

Today after breakfast, checkout from the hotel and transfer to Incheon International Airport for our flight back home, collecting all of those wonderful memories and souvenirs gathered from Japan with South Korea Holidays.
